I was thrilled with my overall experience. The beautiful puppy I purchased was a joy, and the staff was warm and welcoming. The transaction was smooth and seamless. However, I do have some disappointment to share. Despite the significant cost, I was surprised to find that my new puppy had never been outside before and didn't know how to walk on a leash. In fact, he was hesitant to even go outside at all. It's clear that the puppies are trained to use wee wee pads indoors, rather than being housebroken to go outside for regular walks.As a result, I feel that for the price paid, it would be reasonable to expect some basic training, such as potty training and leash training. Unfortunately, my puppy's lack of exposure to the outdoors has made it challenging and we carry him where he needs to go instead of walking on a leash. I'm currently in the process of getting professional training assistance.Hope this helps both the company and customers!!!

Have been coming there for a year now and service is always exceptional! My dogs love the groomers and receptionist; they are definitely the best pet groomers in this area. Would highly recommend this petshop!
