Paid $75 for them to come out and measure to tell us what units we can fit. The sales guy Alex then just sent us links of freezers and fridges and we had to figure out what would fit. We have now been trying to place and order for three weeks but its nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone, we call daily and get put on hold for 15-20 minutes

I've been dealing with Andre for over 3 years without any problems. Last week, I ordered a dish washer with Adrienne, the manager, and things went down hill fast, in less than a week, she managed to piss me off and lost me as a customer with her personal agenda. She never apologize for anything and insisted that I lower my voice over the phone because I was upset... I got news for you, I'm the customer, not your babysitter. Take your personal agenda off your work, I'm here to do business. Clearly, you're not, so I'm shopping elsewhere. Never again.

I ordered a new window air conditioner over the phone after speaking to Joe. It came with free shipping and no sales tax. (I live in Manhattan). Worked out great, I used a handyman to install it as it had a sleeve. He took 3 hours to install it! Wish I had used Paul to install it for $65. Another a/c I ordered did not work out for me, it was very noisy, Paul's took it back no charge for the return or delivery. Friends have had similar positive experiences.

I would not purchase from Paul's again or recommend them to anyone in our neighborhood. Sales person Alex - totally was not customer friendly when dealing with someone who received two broken coin operated washer and dryer machines upon delivery. Made my experience with dealing with Paul's even more frustrating. Go to Home Depot or Lowes save yourself the headache.

Called to order a new dishwasher after attempting to purchase online from a bigger retailer that wasted at least an hour of my time. Called Paul's and an actual person answered the phone. She problem solved a space issue I didn't realize I had had she not asked for our existing model # and measurements. She found me another model with the right specs and called me back right away. Clear, quick communication and a better price than AJ Madison. Thank you ,Adrienne! Delivery and install scheduled for THIS WEEK!UPDATE - delivered, installed on schedule, guys were great, very careful with floors, etc. Over and above.

This is an excellent choice for all the top brands at a discount price when compared to all the major retail stores. And free delivery doesn't hurt (within a certain distance)! Their availability timeliness are better than your major retail stores, so you get your appliances a while lot sooner.

This is the only review I have ever written but wanted to share the wonderful service I received from joe rebelo! After having problems with my LG washer and getting no help from the company, I reached out to Joe (who I originally purchased the machine from.) He was able to promptly secure me a replacement within days! If you need a new appliance of any kind I highly recommend you go to Paul’s appliance and ask for Joe!!!!!

I recently purchased a refrigerator from Paul's. Adriane the owner was great to work with. It was a pit of an emergency and she and Andre were determined to find a refrigerator in stock that fit my needs. Not only did they do that it was delivered a day later. When it arrived Carmelo the installer was fearful it would not fit. According to the specs it was too big. but to be certain he unboxed the Fridge. The specs were not accurate and he was determined to make it work. With a bit of ingenuity and lots of determination the refrigerator fit .Most would have read the specs and said it was too big. Carmelo went the extra mile and as a result our new refrigerator is in and working beautifully. I would highly recommend Paul's for your next appliance!

purchased a new stove and it came damaged (see two pictures) and had to wait one week. i called the store and spoke to the sales guy Andre who i asked to speak to the owner - i spoke to Andreanna and asked for $50 refund as this was now going to be a 2nd delivery. she said the best was $20. so the next week i waited for another stove that arrived at 7:15pm on a Saturday night, the driver told me it was the last stop! since the 2nd stove as been installed it has needed two services. the first tech said it was a loose wire. the 2nd tech showed me the the wires were put together with wire nuts. the tech said he has been doing this for 35 years and never saw that and he wanted to know if this stove was used. I said it came in a new looking box, he said it could have been refurbished (see one picture) perhaps PAUL'S Appliances sells used items and does NOT tell the customers. to make my point after the 2nd stove was delivered i called 5 times in one week and the owner Adriana she never retuned the call, when i emailed her calling her out for her lack of customer service that she had broken her promise of refunding part of the deliver fee of $20. she replied with a sob story. Not a place to shop as the items could be used and the lack of so called customer service form the OWNER! we may go to consumer affairs and go for a refund and shop at the highway stores.

My experience with Paul’s was poor from purchase (August 2021) through delivery (April 2022). Andre, the salesperson I worked with, could not have done more to make me feel unappreciated. He sighed when I asked him questions before reluctantly answering and then scurrying back to his desk to resume typing away at his computer. I figured he was just having a bad day, gave him the benefit of the doubt and bought a range, dishwasher and microwave. I didn’t negotiate and paid in full up front. I wasn’t looking to get a deal; I wanted to support a local business even if it meant taking time out of my workday to go to the store, paying a little more and waiting a little longer for delivery. Andre informed me that it would take a few weeks to receive my delivery and that he’d be in touch. If I had not followed up, I don’t think I would have ever heard from him again. He never reached out to me; I always had to call him first. Each time I spoke to him, he made me feel like I was bothering him and hurried me off the phone. When I asked the person answering the phone if anyone other than Andre could help me, she said that I was stuck with Andre because he was “my salesman.” It wasn’t until April 2022 that Andre informed me that the delay was attributable to the specific microwave I ordered and that I could simply swap it out for another and take delivery of everything that week. This option was never presented to me in prior conversations. When delivery time finally arrived, I asked to be placed earlier on the schedule because I had a flight in the evening. The woman on the phone rushed me off while saying they can’t accommodate any specific time requests and that I would need to be available all day. At no point did she inform me that the “day” extended beyond normal business hours. Following the schedule set by Paul’s making me the last stop, the installation contractors showed up at 5:20 PM. I probably would not have written this negative review if I had a reasonable opportunity to communicate with management privately. I could never get anyone above Andre on the phone and no one responded to an email sent to the address on the website.

Needed a combp washer/dryer. Tried Home Depot first, bought one, then they refused to deliver it, claiming that a 24 inch unit wouldn't fit through a 26 inch doorway. Must be new math . . .Called Paul's, got the same unit and had it delivered and installed without a hitch. Everything was prompt, professional and pleasant. Great folks and great service - highly recommended!

Our 35 year old Kitchen Aid double wall oven died.Called Paul’s and they had a 27” oven in stock.The installer came out first to measure and make sure it would fit in the cabinet . He said it would have to be cut 1/2” on each side.A week later they came and installed the oven.The installer was very professional and worked like a carpenter cutting the cabinet. They were very neat and clean and did a great job! Very pleased!
