Went to get my long winter coat zipper replaced/fix and they told me $50 because it's long and they gotta order the zipper so basically I gotta pay for the zipper to be order for them to fix my coat ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!!

I had great exprlerience with the cleaners. Clothes are always done on time with the quality.The business hours are correct as posted.More to add, cleaner is now freshly renovated makes it new looking.

Went to pick up my clothes at 5:20 on a Saturday, website says they close at 6:30pm on Saturday. I arrive and they are closed, now I have to explain to my bosses why I don’t have a uniform. Really need to update business hours as professionals

It’s only one person working, no problem until that one person does not open the store by 9 am. It’s supposed to be open by 7-7:30. He even tells you that he closes earlier when on the door & internet it says 6:30 pm. He told me 5 pm. I saw my clothes but he tells me the card machine doesn’t work. I was here yesterday why didn’t you tell me before. So I have no cash on me so I ask for him to hold it till the next day & I’ll bring cash. I even brought exact change so there would be no problem & the place is closed. I have an event in 2 days and so I wait the next day & the store is open. He acts as if he didn’t open when he said he would. I pay & get my clothes.Btw I would of gave him lower but can’t.
