Beware of this papa John’s the delivery driver is a scammer he took our money then showed us balled up money saying we gave him counterfeit money in which our money came straight from the atm. We called numerous times and the manager was in cahoots with the driver. Plus the didn’t even deliver the wings we paid for. And the pizza was hard and cold

This location doesn't follow order notes. This location has so much potential, yet the staff don't care. They give you what they feel like and management doesn't hold anyone accountable. Frustrating. I still believe in this establishment. Therefore, I'll give them one last chance. Ughhh. Long story short, hit or miss depending on staff.

they scamming people saying that people are using fake bills and not giving them the food or they refund!!then the service i had with the late night manager was bad they are scamming people for they real money!! I do not recommend nobody to order from Springfield ave papa johns!!

first time eating Papa Johns ever and my whole family has food poisoning we have been fighting over the toilet since ordering the food I believe they served us old food filled with bacteria the worst experience I've ever had the Springfield Ave location is dirty I will be asking for a full refund and sending this food to a lab this is not real

Best pizza around for taste and value! The meat lovers and cheeseburger pizza are our favorites. I excellent customer service, if you have an issue they will fix it!
