Sat on hold trying to reach the vital statistics office for over an hour and a half with no one picking up the phone. I reached the state vital statistics office to correct my issue within 10 minutes of an email.

Doctor are treating patients with out having test results on hands and when asked why they don't have an answer they are telling patients they have an infection with out any resultsOn hands and when asked why they are being treated they just don't have an answer. Patient are being diagnosed with out proper documents on hands to tell them if so patient needs treatments or not. I won't even give them a star.

I just spoke to Mrs. Edwards concerning distribution of the water to Newark residents. My question for Mrs. Edwards was: Are they distributing a few bottles of water or water by the case? She said it would be two cases per family. Without skipping a beat she answered another question politely and professionally. It was a pleasure speaking with someone who has to deal with the public daily and not feel like you're being a bother to them. Mrs. Edwards, I thank you.

The wait is ridiculous. Got there at 9:30 waited until 1 and I was still not being seen. Then a nurse comes just to tell me the doctor is now on break. So that’s another hour wait. This was a total waste of my time and day.

this place is the worst and jersey ,, they should charge some money and help you better instead , i was first in there and i spent over 5 hours and no help , i was in so much pain since i have a lose tooth and they just didn't seems to care i ask a couple of times if i was close in turn and they allways told me u are next and they never help me i git so angry and left ,, i can believe goverment pay this piece shiit workers to be doing shiit in there its sad , they all african american people i got nothing against their race but i notice everytime a black person came they help them right away this place sjould be supervised
