I went in because I needed a cup. When I asked if they had any, an extremely rude employee told me they do not. As I was about to leave I saw several paper cups. The staff member was aware of this and simply was lying so i would leave the store quicker. I turned back around to get the cup and she began screaming. Professionalism is a 0/10, i would fire the staff here and start fresh. Will never purchase anything from this store again and I’m sure if the behavior stays this way many will follow suit.

Certain workers are kinda rude, but most were pretty nice. Edit It's nice to see a reply. I've added a star. The sitaution was that it was my first time in the bookstore and I walked up to the register to ask where the line started. Before I even got my first scentence out I way yelled at for cutting the line, which was Ironic. The worker said this loud enough to try to shame me I guess? As a suggestion, it would be nice if the line was down the center of the store, which seems to be the more intuitive setup. Better yet, it could be parrallel to the front. Regaurdless, thankyou.

Glad they put it in it's own building. It truly deserves it. The campus center was not home for it.

I visited for the first time at the beginning of the semester and they had my online order ready to go. Some better signs/markings for where to stand when the line gets long would be nice. I stood in front of one of the counters for a few minutes thinking I would get served before one of the employees told me where the line starts.

Everything is super pricey, but what can you expect from college textbooks and merch. Never had any real problems here, but also, never had a real cause to go beside lab manuals.
