My experience with NACA has been amazing so far. The webinar was very informative. My best friend's and I counselor was very nice the day we met her and took the time to answer all our questions and go over all the steps we need to take in order to achieved our dream of becoming home owners. I did not feel rushed or dumb or asking questions. I am excited and can't wait to continue working with NACA.

We were introduced to NACA by my sister-in-law who purchased her very first home in 2017. NACA is a great program for first time home buyers. Our experience so far has been amazing. Our counselor and agent has walked us through the steps and what to expect throughout this journey. We are excited to share our experience here and pay it forward to someone who may have been skeptical or doesn’t know where to start. NACA fights for economic justice!

The NACA program's no-down-payment and no-closing-costs features are game-changers for me. Their advocacy against predatory lenders and commitment to fair housing practices align with my values.
The process is streamlined, and my Counselor' Shane MCmullen guide me through every step. I appreciated the regular updates and transparent communication.

I approached NACA with a deeply skeptical sense of this isn't going to work for me but I'll give it a go and see. Meeting with Alex was a godsend. He was calm and clear and also gave me a sense of greater possibilities as he encouraged me to follow the steps and gather the information I needed. This will be a major life step up and I am excited and a little nervous to see what the future holds as I work to transition from renter to home owner/landlord!! Wow talk about possibilities!!! Thank you NACA and Alex.

An All American mortgage broker and an independent mortgage broker both recommended NACA -the non-profit Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America. After seeing vetting them on a number of websites, e.g. BBB, I saw they are a credible organization. I drove a few hour to upstate NY to attended an in person home buying workshop August 2024 and now I am well on my way to buying a duplex September 2024. The process has forced me to look deeper into my spending/ saving habits.
Within NACA there are many programs besides home loans. The classes, grants, a supportive community, and information packed website. The program is well-rounded and I am looking forward to becoming a bigger advocate for fair housing.

They are definitely about helping others achieve the American dream in a world where corporations are abusing the housing system. Naca has been able to help us get an overview of our finances and provided us help in it's down-payment structure.
