“I moved from New York to Boston and I ended up choosing Flat Rate because after I filled out the quote information they called me. I was a little confused with their online app (by the way, the download from the app store doesn't work because it's made for an older version of Android, but app and the website are basically the same thing, so I just had the website bookmarked for my move), but before my move someone called me to confirm everything so it's all good. The actual movers were great too. Bob and his team were super professional and organized. They had the list I had originally made with the guy on the phone to check off stuff, but they were happy to add stuff too. They moved out and then moved in all of my stuff super fast too. They had my number, so we were in communication with each other (they arrived at the new apartment before I did).I'd recommend Flat Rate to anyone else. The price was great, the movers were great, and all of my stuff was taken care of.”

The stuff came in 8 days(time includes the days after they picked up the stuff)He was very good with multiple things -1) Communication and providing documentation2) Came on time on the day3) Packing the furniture and kitchen ware4) Cost effective at least for me5) Came on Sunday for packing but came back on Tue again to pickup two more boxes as we packed more before we left for no extra charges.When the stuff arrived nothing was broken or misplaced which was a relief for everyone.He was very courteous and helpful throughout the whole process.
