Loved how friendly the employees are. They explained and answered all my questions. Helped me transfer all my info from my old phone to my new one. Not many Metro store will do that!!! Keep up the great work!!!

(SCAMMERS!!) After calling several Metro Stores Mike from Metro on Roseville Ave Newark told me to go to Metro located on MT Prospect Newark because they had the iPhone 11Pro in gray & told me he would give me $100 off as if he was giving me a deal like I was not aware of the promo & told me I’ll get a free screen protector. I headed to this store wanting to buy the phone & get the promotion which was $100 off for switching over. Karen was told I will be coming in to buy the phone. Karen took my info I was asking what would be the charges how much was taxes she told me about $90 bucks I told her should be 7% sales tax for NJ that was over she was not clear on the total. Phone was $899.99 after promo of $100 off. Karen told me total was $1070.00 after taxes & fees told me screen protector was free & purchase of phone case she will reduce to $5. I was in a rush purchased phone & case after transaction I asked for a receipt Karen said the printer was not working & could not give me detail break down for charges no longer on screen. Karen sounded suspicious. I asked her to contact her manager in regards to receipt. I’m entitled to a receipt as a customer just done spending $1070.00 & no receipt. This issue took me another hour at the store Karen had someone send her a text pic of receipt so she then texted it to me. On text pic receipt did not have my address someone else’s & shows a charge of $35 for Samsung accessories which I questioned Karen about charge. She looked nervous said its a code charge she has to put in. I was charged $35 supposedly for a code made no sense also I declined insurance and still she added it. I contacted Metro during this dispute. I do not trust this Metro store employees are scammers. If ever decide to purchase anything from an authorized Metro PCS store make sure to inform sales person you would like a printed receipt in advance.

Scammers. I told the man SEVERAL times that I wanted the lowest cost plan and he said he understood but put me on the $70 plan. Kept trying to add things WITHOUT my consent and then when I asked tried to lie about it. Worst phone store ever.
