must read before you get robbed do yourself a favor and dont go to this store they are black and puerto rican and bunch of thiefs they over charged me 20$ stay away and read the rest of the reviews on here they are stealing peoples money check the recipet before you pay other wise your going for a ride .these monkeys are thiefsssss

I went to the store to get the 2 phones, the free tablet and the Amazon Prime for free. Everything for $90 dollars. First, the phone they make us choose were the cheaper phones. Second, the tablet is not free, they charge you $10 dollars extra, and finally the Amazon Prime once you login, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SERVICES. If you want to watch a movie ,you will have to pay $15.99, $6.99 depending on the movie you want to watch but the service is not free. I called Metro pcs main number and they explained to me to bring them back to the office in Broadway and I should get a refund. Well......that's not true. I left a deposit of $195 and the owner said that only refunds will be submitted if it was over $200. They want to changed the phones, and could not give an explanation to why all the charges on the tablet and the problem with Amazon Prime. Well, I call my bank, I also put a complaint with consumer affairs and Better Business Bureau. Good luck to anyone else

This metro by tmobile store is by far the best one in the bay. They have great customer service and very friendly. Ment took care of my phone needs very quickly and took my frustration to a smile in minutes. He went the extra mile to make me happy and deserves 5 stars.
