I’ve been dealing with this company for over two years and half of my phone calls and text. I’m not receiving they’re going to somebody else’s line so as of now I’m about to sue MetroPCS for a whole two years of me not receiving phone calls and text and giving them payments that they don’t deserve, customer service don’t want to do their job and it’s always I troubleshoot this and I did that but no verification behind these act Acts .. I tried to stay with the company so that I can save money but being with them, I learn how you can lose by even trying to save . The worst phone company and I honestly hate them .. Verizon or boost here I come . Don’t deal with them
