I couldn't BYOD even tho my last device was a BYOD. Also, they have this corrupt practice where they won't activate/hassle you unless you bought your device from Metro.....I didn't buy my last phone from Metro......safe to say I left them ENTIRELY 0/10 The once mighty have now fallen

Vanessa was very rude and hang up the phone on me when I asked if she could pull up my account to see if I’m available for upgrade. When I had called the second time a man picked up and explain that she's in the wrong and apologize. Customer service was horrible by her and I’ve been a Metro PCS member for over 10 years.

the sign on the door clearly says the store close at 6pm on Sunday's I walked in at 5:15pm the guy barely wanted to buzz the door to let me in becuz he was putting his coat on ready to leave. He then proceeds to tell me that I can reactivate a line that has been off for 30 days and then add the internet to that line its not gonna work.. It absolutely will work he just didnt want to do it becuz he was ready to leave.. This is the 2nd time with this location I sure as hell won't be tf back!! I only gave this 1 star becuz I had to in order to leave this review

Keep a’knocking butcha can’t come in!! I don’t understand what kind of business this is because they don’t answer the phone and if you go over there for in-person service, it’s typically bad. They don’t give you accurate information and the rudeness is not something I want to spend my money to experience. Yuck.

Tell me why I got off work and had to walk their for 30 min for the girl to smirk and tell me they were closed an half hour early because ... she just did .. Then laugh because she saw I was upset .
