I couldn't BYOD even tho my last device was a BYOD. Also, they have this corrupt practice where they won't activate/hassle you unless you bought your device from Metro.....I didn't buy my last phone from Metro......safe to say I left them ENTIRELY 0/10 The once mighty have now fallen

Vanessa was very rude and hang up the phone on me when I asked if she could pull up my account to see if I’m available for upgrade. When I had called the second time a man picked up and explain that she's in the wrong and apologize. Customer service was horrible by her and I’ve been a Metro PCS member for over 10 years.

I've been doing business with Jason 3 to 4 years now. He always gives me the best deals. I sent friends and family to him and they love the phones and the service. If you go tell Jason, "Amanda, sent you."
