“My favorite clerks are the young girl and the Spanish guy. They always help me with no problem and have a great personality. It’s a old lady there I really think she needs to retire she gets really aggravated and huffs and puff when you in her words is “asking for too much” I asked for a receipt and she said I was killing her. It was a lightskined girl with glasses there she was awful I’m assuming they got rid of her because she had a very short temper, lazy and disrespectful. I can’t lie it’s way better without her. I do agree that the postal service need to hire bilingual people”
“The staff is really nice and helpful. I love Mrs Rosylen...she help me several times which even included her bringing a package to me to my car when I was 8months pregnant and couldn't walk. She goes over and above her job description. She always smiling and so willing to help everyone. Thanks you guys this is my favorite post office in Essex county.”
