Overall the best experience I've had with a Body shop. Great customer service by Jorge. they are straight forward and honest about their work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. My car came out looking brand new.

My previous experiences with Lusamer were good. However, I called last Friday for an appointment, and the person who answered said they would get back to me in half an hour or so and left me hanging. So I took my business elsewhere. Too bad we couldn't do business, maybe next time...

Though I walked into the mechanic's area, someone still took the time to show me where the office was. I believe the establishment took up most of the street on both sides. Being in a big city like Newark can be overwhelming when you're not from the area but the staff was welcoming, courteous and professional. I'm still in the process of working through things there, so stay tuned.
