Clean, quiet. Nothing particularly great or bad. Nothing really close by either. Machines to wash were good. Dryers I used not so much. The young gentleman working was attentive and answered any questions I had.

Overall we love Lotus Laundry! We are a small acupuncture business - and we switched to Lotus Laundry about a year ago from another company. They have been very reliable, flexible when needed and thus far doing a great job with our linens.Like many other small businesses (us included)- they had some issues with having sufficient staff for a short while. However, I was so impressed that the Owner themself stepped in to fill the gap. We are sticking with Lotus Laundry - at this point everything is running smoothly and they are doing a great job!

Came here last Sunday around 1:30pm & it was pretty crowded. I left out at a decent time & was surprised lol the machines are very affordable ?? I like the extra rinse & heavy duty options ☺️ my clothes came out so clean & so fresh fresh! Clothes dried quickly & thoroughly as well. Very clean place but might I suggest placing soap in bathroom, along with toilet paper? Just saying. I do appreciate this place being black woman owned & it's very close to me. The ladies were very nice to me & extremely helpful! Even when my uber came she helped me to the car ? I'll be back next week.

I tried to support this black woman owned business. I attempted to gets coins prior to sending my daughter to wash the laundry seing as the way we do things in my home is I break down the coins per load for her to make it less tedious and she goes to the laundromat and does the loads, she is learning money management. Well I wasn't allowed to retrieve my coins and the owner literally blocked the machine and argued with me telling me to give her the money and send my child to her to retrieve the coins when she arrived, i do not know this woman why would i hand her my money. I was literally turned away twice and told that I should do things differently than how I do them in my home in order to use her laundromat. It was extremely disappointing and volatile and something I've never experienced at ANY OTHER COIN BASED LAUNDROMAT. Which is the presence while I'm teaching my child gosehold management. Seeing as I was very excited about supporting a black woman owned business and treated so poorly I will never return.

This laundry is honestly good like I don't see the why the bad reviews. I was never once disrespected or the staff was never rude. Recommend going here!!!

12/14/22 I came to the Laundromat around 5:45 p.m to wash clothes the lady said they was closed but the sign said it was open people was still washing clotges. upset walking off usually yall do the last wash at 6:30....

Awesome place to do laundry i go every week. Crowded on weekends, best on weekdays. Also provide pick up wash and fold service also dropoff as well. Customer service good too. ??

They have plenty of quality washing machines of all different sizes, plenty of dryers, and I was always able to begin as soon as I arrived without ever having to wait. The girls who run the place always have a smile and are very helpful, and after 10 washes they give you a freebie. If you choose to take advantage of the service, they'll do your laundry for you for a fee. I don't have much experience with other laundromats, but I like this place.
