Been searching for a used vehicle and I passed by this lot on 18th ave a few times. So I decided to go in and give it a shot. I met Ghassan! Very very nice man. He let me test drive the vehicle I wanted and it drove amazing. He allowed me to put down and significant amount of money, and within an hour or less, I was in my new vehicle. He also gave me a new battery and did my registration for me. All in a timely fashion. So if anybody out there looking for there next vehicle. I highly recommend them. Ghassan goes above and beyond for his customers. Thank you again Ghassan! So far so good!

It was a good experience. I had called before hand to learn about the car. Ghassan was very thorough in his details. Was able to workout a price over the phone before driving. When I arrived he had the car ready for the test drive. After the test drive I noticed the passenger fog light was out. Not only did he offer to replace the bulb, he ordered a new fog light and had it delivered to my house. This was at no cost to me. He also had the 2 year warranty receipt for the battery he replaced and gave that to me. I’m about a week in and the car seems to be driving smoothly. Nothing better than doing good business. Also there are no surprise hidden fees that other dealership try to tag on that costs you hundreds to $1000’s of extra unnecessary dollars!! If you are looking for fair priced vehicles with good business, I would come to this lot.

Best Experience! From the moment I walked in, Ghassan was very polite, very honest, he would answer all my questions and help me with everything I needed. You can feel the honesty when he speaks to you. He tries to help his customers too. I definitely would come back and recommend to buy cars from him. I visited other dealerships but A&B auto cars exceeded my expectations!

Bought my first car ever. Was nervous and excited. Owner was patient and answered all my questions. Even talked to my parents via FaceTime. Had some problems with insurance while buying the car, and they were patient and stayed open late while it was resolved. Gave me advice on dealing with the DMV and making sure everything wold run smoothly as a beginner driver. Even offered to bring paperwork to my home when i was having trouble finding time to get back to the dealership. 7months later and no issues with the vehicle. thank you guys! i love my Chrysler 200c ❤️ her name is Ms Daisy ?

A&b auto honestly is the greatest and the most honest dealership that I have ever dealt with. I’m from New York I’ve been on car hunt for almost two months. Been to so many dealerships and spoke to many more on the phone. It seems to be very rare to find an honest person to deal with in a dealership all of the ones that I talked to or went to they list a price and when you get to them they hit you with hidden fees and other non sense money added regardless that I always assure before going to any dealer I confirm with them the price for out of the door including everything, they still give you the runner around. At A&B Auto the case was totally different. They are very honest, straightforward, knowledgeable. Polite and helpful. My wonderful experience drove me to give this place good credit to what they deserve. I got Jeep Cherokee Limited the car is beautiful, I love it and my family as well they love it. A&B thank you so much for making me and my family happy.

I purchased a vehicle on November 11th of 2023. When I bought it, of course the heat worked and the remote start work and the seatbelt worked. Within days the seat belt didn't work. Paid and got that fixed because it wasn't under the warranty that covers the engine and transmission. He stopped working, I took it to a mechanic. They changed the coolant. Within a week that he stopped working. Took it back to the mechanic. Checked for a leak refilled the coolant. He stopped working, mechanic identifies that it's the engine. Call back the car dealership and they said that I should have brought it back within 30 days. An engine replacement costs as much as buying a used car.
