“Overall we love Lotus Laundry! We are a small acupuncture business - and we switched to Lotus Laundry about a year ago from another company. They have been very reliable, flexible when needed and thus far doing a great job with our linens.Like many other small businesses (us included)- they had some issues with having sufficient staff for a short while. However, I was so impressed that the Owner themself stepped in to fill the gap. We are sticking with Lotus Laundry - at this point everything is running smoothly and they are doing a great job!”

“I would give them 10 stars if I could! First of all my clothes are beautifully pressed and cleaned perfectly. Also I took my old Ugg boots because they were damaged and couldn’t even wear it, but they gave them a life! They made them very clean and make it wonderfully so that I can wear them as a new one! They did a great job, I cannot say enough in the incredible customer service as well. I highly recommend them :)!!!”

“Excellent service and easy to use. I scheduled my appointment yesterday afternoon via text. Took about 5 mins. The next day my clothes were picked up at 8AM and returned to me by 2PM same day. Everything was washed and folded to perfection. This was my first time using this service and it won’t be my last. I will definitely be a frequent customer.”

I haven't really done dry cleaning myself before and relied on my parents but the people here were very helpful and talked me through all my questions.I called them before hand because I saw the reviews about this place but apparently they're under new management and trying to rebrand.All in all, great experience and super helpful.Services: Ironing”

“I've been to this place as a baby and seeeing the place again after years, this must be the nicest Laundromat to see and there are so many machines if the place was to ever get full, The only problem is, Even after 40 min of drying all the clothes a few never dyed properly, The other Laundromat near my house have dryers older then there's and it drys the clothes better even at a full load, If this problem was to get improved then I would give 5 stars.Edit: I was there and washed some stuff earlier, the dryers seems to have been improved when it comes to heating and drying fully, 5 stars.”
