Currently working on a backyard project, and Kuiken Brothers (specifically Matt E.) is the ONLY partner on time and budget. Not only was this company able to deliver the entire order in 48 hours (mind you, I’m just a homeowner with one project, I’m not a contractor with a bunch of projects), but there were no headaches. I just told Matt what I was trying to do, and he coordinated the quote, order, payment, and delivery. Didn’t even have to talk to anyone else other than the delivery driver that delivered my order (with a pallet forklift, which was critical since the project is ongoing and the yard is a complete mess)! Even more impressive, I wasn’t sure if I wanted a Trex deck, PT with Trex rails, or all PT; Matt quickly gave me multiple quotes and advised me which option was best for my specific project- which was NOT the most expensive option!As someone who works as a professional services provider, I am beyond thrilled with the level of service I’ve been provided, especially considering I am probably one of their smaller customers. I will 100% call Kuiken/Matt for any future house projects. Their combination of price, punctuality, and level of customer service is superlative.
