Terrible, it's my opinion, sorry.
The bodywork was terrible, apart from the light bulb that they had to put in a new one that doesn't turn on, the other one that I spoke to with the girl at the front who helped me, I told her that they would change it so that both would be the same and I was going to pay for it with my They didn't make money, they just tried to polish it and it looks very imperfect, that is, one is quite noticeable, one new and the other opaque, that they polished it, but you can see the difference between the two.
This criticism is not for them to get upset, but for them to improve their work since they don't do it for free, you have to pay and it was a lot of money.

JPS is a well-oiled machine with a bunch of competent employees at all levels. They're good with communication and setting expectations properly, which is not easy in this business. I think very highly of this company and its employees.

Excellent service! I had my Tesla Model Y repaired here, and the team was extremely professional (Brian and Gabriella), keeping me updated on all necessary progress. Returning the Enterprise rental car was also incredibly smooth and convenient. Highly recommend!

I came to JPS after being rear-ended by a State Farm customer. My bumper was loose and cracked. JPS did an excellent job, they replaced my entire bumper, I dropped the car off on a Wednesday and got it back Monday! They helped call Enterprise to come pick me up, which was just helpful and smooth. The repair looks incredible, and though I was worried about the paint matching as I have an unusual color car, it’s literally a perfect match. They also cleaned my car inside and out ? overall a wonderful experience with the very capable humans over at JPS Collision! Thanks for taking such good care of my baby. Will def come back if I ever need repairs again.

Excellent work by JPS Collision of Newark. I've been there several times over the years. Every time I've been completely satisfied. My brand new car with less than one thousand miles was hit from behind by a large pickup truck at speed. It pushed my car into the car in front of me. When I picked up my car from JPS, it was as good as the day I drove it off the dealership lot. They made sure all the high tech systems worked correctly. Great work JPS Collision!

They gave it before the estimated time for my Tesla model s which suffered a rear end collision, very friendly and courteous people who understand the customers pain .. credits to MIKE and Brian and thanks for the cleaning and shine
