I recently had the opportunity to use Joe's Collision for some repairs on my vehicle, and I wanted to share my experience.
From the moment I walked in, the staff at Joe's Collision were welcoming and professional. The receptionist greeted me promptly and ensured I felt comfortable while waiting. After a brief consultation, they assessed the damage to my car and provided a detailed estimate. I appreciated their transparency regarding the costs and timeline for the repairs.
The repair process took about a week, which I found reasonable considering the extent of the damage. Throughout the week, they communicated with me regularly, updating me on the progress and any unexpected issues. This level of communication was refreshing and alleviated any concerns I had.
When I picked up my car, I was impressed by the quality of the work. The repairs were seamless, and my vehicle looked as good as new. They even detailed the car, which was a nice surprise.
Overall, my experience with Joe's Collision was positive. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service stood out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of collision repairs.

The auto body really did amazing work on my car. My brother half asleep at 5am in the morning was moving my car out of the driveway to go to the gym. While moving my car, my brother ended up damaging my rear passenger side door. Joe’s Collision Center did miracles on my car. Not only did they fix the damage on my door, but also corrected areas that needed some paint correction. My car looks brand new. I def recommend their services.

BEST BEST BEST body shop around !! They made the process so smooth my car looks amazing and was done on time. They even cleaned the vehicle inside and out when it was done. If your looking for fair pricing and great work I wouldn't recommend you to go to any other shop in NJ.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from a small dealership. It runs out of a mom-and-pop auto repair shop called Joe’s Collision Center in Newark, NJ and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. I was initially hesitant to respond to a car ad on Facebook Marketplace due to the number of scams out there. However, after researching the repair shop’s address, I was relieved to find that the business had been around for many years with excellent reviews—and now I understand why.
Upon meeting the father Joe, who owns the repair shop, and his son, Brian, who manages the dealership portion, it became clear why they have such a stellar reputation. Their attention to detail and exceptional customer service really stood out, especially as I was purchasing a used vehicle for my son and mother. Being someone who isn’t very knowledgeable about cars, I greatly appreciated Brian’s honesty, authenticity, and expertise. He was incredibly well-versed in the vehicles he sells, and while it’s obvious he wanted to make the sale, he did so with integrity. Joe and his mom must be very proud of him!! I was happy to learn that his vehicles come with clean titles and they do a thorough inspection before putting them up for sale. Brian is selling quality vehicles at an affordable price!
During the process, I had an inconvenience where I couldn't wait for some documents. To my surprise, Brian's partner, Jah went above and beyond by personally delivering them to my house that evening so we wouldn’t miss our motor vehicle appointment the next day. This level of customer service truly meant a lot to me, as it showed they respected my time and were committed to ensuring a smooth deal.
I never felt pressured or rushed, and I left with a high-quality vehicle that gave me peace of mind knowing it was safe and reliable for my family. This experience surpassed my expectations, and I will gladly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy and genuine place to purchase a car.

I was in a tough spot, jobless and facing a major car repair after an incident, with only half coverage. I considered leaving the car as is but knew it would lead to constant problems with the authorities. I turned to Joe's, explaining my tight budget. Joe and his team, without knowing my full situation, worked with me. Their work was exceptional, and my car looks like new. The turnaround was quick, about 2-3 days including ordering parts, and they kept me informed throughout. Joe even worked out a plan for me to pick up the car after 5pm after making some repairs so I could pick up my pregnant wife after work and return the car in the morning after dropping her off. He even fixed some scratches on the side at no extra cost. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOE’S COLLISION! Thank you, Mr. Joe!

Best collision shop ever. The staff is very professional and will help as much as possible, and they work with you. I have known the staff for years and will refer anyone to them. They have fixed my Jeep Grand Cherokee multiple times because I live in Newark, lol.Prior to my Jeep, they have made other vehicles that I owned look brand new after auto accidents.I actually call the owner Uncle Joe because he treats me like family. May God continue to bless you all.(Side note, today I pulled up to Joe's after my Jeep was side swiped, I had no money and Mr Joe came outside and saw me crying and upset and had his staff stop what they was doing and fixed my car for free, I promise this shop is a blessing from God.) The front part of my car was totally wrecked after an unexpected car accident but Joe’s service center fixed it less than 3 weeks like a new car. I was really panic and wasn’t sure what to do right after the accident but the people in the center were really nice and so professional.I had a small issue with AC which I had to bring my car again but they fixed it right away for free. They always explained the process and issue easily and followed up the customer well. I was really pleased to their service.
