WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. ORDERED SHIRTS FOR A SCHOOL EVENT . SPOKE TO ONE OF THE GIRSL FOR TWO DAYS GOING ON THE DESIGN AND COLOR. FINALLY WE CAME TO AN AGREEMENT (MIND YOU THIS IS FOR A SCHOOL EVENT ) DESIGN WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BLUE ON A YELLOW SHIRT. THE TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO CHANGE THE COLORS OF THE DESIGN. DIDNT EVEN REACH OUT TO US TO INFORM US, WHEN I GO TO COMPLIAN AND TO TELL THEM THAT I WANTED HALF OF THE MONEY BACK . THEY DID NOT BUDGE THEY DID NOT WANT TO REFUND MONEY. !!!! NOT REALIABLE AT ALL !GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SAVE YOUR THE TROUBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have an annual event, need lots of placards made, about 6"x12", pictures and text, always go to Jefferson, dont think ever used same tech twice, but always same great service and product.

This place does Standard Jobs, if you want your logo/ designs to be creative and unique this is not the place. Jessica does not care for the costumer.

I loved the customer service professionalism and the extremely fast response I had everytime I called Jefferson Printing. Laura helped me handle 2 shirts needed within 4 days. I called other places, but this was the only place where they would take several days to get my shirts done, and the majority of the places I called they wouldnt just print 2 shirts. I simply loved how my shirts came out. Definitely going back to their services and referring people I know to them.
