“Ashikome Gamra, the branch manager of this location went above and beyond for the Newark Water Coalition. She squeeze us in last minute to help us set up our account. It took over an hr and a half to get it done. The branch had already closed and Ashikome was still helping us. As an Executive Director of a non profit and former retail manager I understand what customer service means and I am eternally grateful for such patience and dedication to helping the Newark Water Coalition.
