Terrible service!! placed an order day before and paid in advance! Was to be delivered the next day and never showed or called. Basically took my money wth no explanation. I Hv to be without heat on 2 cold nights and now gotta chase down my money on top of it. Totally disgusted.. BAD BUSINESS!
