I was loaded in 1 hour but took 4 hours to receive my bills. That was my experience I'm sure not everyone has that problem. Get on scale when you arrive wait for green. Pull over on street go inside.

Good group of people. Scale in and out next to red building. Office along loading dock facing towards scale.... driver assist loading via product stick make sure you have a strap chart. Busy busy busy place though.

For tankers. Go throught marsh st to the end turn right at stop sign go all the the to the intersection turn right on that scale on your right side of the building. Once scaled in turn left to the building, you can park and go inside the office door.They'll walk you through .Once done with checking in.Go back to marsh st,you'll see where they load tankers on your right side and wait your turn.Once done back to scale out and thats all.
