I set up an appointment today online for 11:00am, since today was the deadline if you filed an extension. I arrived at he office for my appointment and it was closed. I called customer service for help in this matter and it was useless. The rep had me on hold for quite awhile and ended up disconnecting the line. That was my sign to never use HR block. I would recommend using another tax service.

Every year I go to H&R Block an do my taxes but this year I’m having problems getting it back but it seem that I will never get last year money hopefully I don’t have this problem when tax season come back if anyone is have the same problem please let me know what I could do about it

I called and the young lady that answered the phone was very unprofessional didn’t want to help when I asked can she look my name up to see if I have a appointment. She stated well you can walk in at any time. I stated I want to make my appointment with the same person that has been doing my taxes. Well who does your taxes a man or a women I said a man she states the man name I said no that’s not him. Make along story short. Rudely she replied oh well this is the wrong place and hung up. Not good at all, I will never go to them.
