The worst service all around!When you call the store, you're put on hold and no one ever answers. When you go to the store and ask about your order delivery and install, it takes about 10 minutes or more to get an answer from a knowledgeable associate that has any idea of how delivery installation orders work. I have placed a delivery order in June 2023 and it's now August 2023 and I have yet to receive the delivery to my home to be installed. Do not waste your time at this location, and go anywhere but this location as customer service level is the absolute worst.

As usual it's still a mess in there. BUT, THREE times I was able to ask for help and actually be helped. The associates were able to help me pick out exactly what I was looking for which was great. I really appreciated the help!

No carts... everyday is an struggle to get a cart.You will spend between 30 to 40 min trying to find where you carry materials

Not my favorite location (especially in comparison to the super store location in Vauxhall/Union). Do not dare to ask a question - some of the employees are not helpful. Despite that, I've been here twice in an attempt to get a spare key made and both times I was told they're either out of a particular key or the machine was not working.

Scheduled delivery with them is a disaster. Don't trust that it will come within the time window they give. Don't trust that it will come there even that day. The driver carrying my items called and said he was ten minutes away. No one came. No one answered the phone. I called the store and after being put on hold for a half hour, they tell me the driver never picked up the items in the first place. Delivery was rescheduled the next day. The same guy calls the next day, outside of the time window, and drops off the items. It was the same guy from before that I spoke to on the phone, so I asked him what happened. He said his truck broke down, and that his phone also broke. From what the store told me, I knew that none of that was true, and it gave me real pleasure to ridicule him for lying to my face. My work got delayed for a day and I'll probably waste a couple more hours lodging a complaint. I wouldn't usually waste my time complaining, but this was truly insane.

Horrible people in here. They need new management!A line of over 20 customers. The cashier just walks away and leaves everyone in line with no explanation for over 10mins. Then comes back and starts to have a conversation with her friend for another 5mins. Not until people spoke up ", then the cashier got back to work. Wtf

I don't think they even deserve a star, mother fucker mind people business more then how they do there job they are so good at bing news and keeping there coworkers inform about people businesses it's unbelievable and go there to ask a questions about a product they can't even tell you jack or go into one of the of oils and ask them something they got an Attitude but yet they can mind your business shit sucks there Toxic.

They are understaffed at this location and the lines at any time of day are always long. They have a good garden section as I get alot of my plants from here. As long as you don't need help of any kind from their associates you're good.

unfortunately yet another reason I have no problem supporting businesses outside this community. Always an employee with a bad attitude or poor customer service. if you don't want your job find another please. Save me the gas of having to shop in Vauxhall or Union.

I was just at Home Depot and had lost phone and wallet. It was taken away when it was in the cart while my sister and I were loading our stuff. Thankfully I had find my iPhone and was able to see it was within the store after it was taken about 10 blocks away and back. Thank you the security guards that were helping me out the entire time. And especially a male worker at customer service that went through all the trouble to search all the lost and found belongings and found my phone and wallet within a grocery bag.
