The women at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful. As she isn’t a mechanic and doesn’t fix cars asked for her boss and she rudely hung up on me.

It's soooo hard to find someone you trust to fix your vehicle. Especially when you're a woman. My Jeep GC needed front brakes. They were squeaking like a mouse. I went early AM, once on the lift they told me I needed rear brakes too. I wasn't ready for the additional cost but the owner took care of me price wise. I was so pleased. I didn't feel taken advantage of at all. I will do business with them in the future. I'm bad with names however the two gentlemen that work there are really nice too.

I always change my oil and filter hereBecause for other simple jobs they charge too much, few weeks ago I asked for transmission fluid change andHe refused to do , so I left to another place. Few days ago I go for my motor oil change and it took them about 5 minutes and guess what they overfill the oil like they just added on top of the old. I think if you don't spend money they try to make you or don't want to see you anymore.(Congratulations I will never go back again)I should take you to court scammer.

I used this mechanic to fix my brakes. In a brand new Subaru. In the mean time when his mechanic was working on the brakes, he scratched my door. I told Hernandez about this, him and his lowlife secretary started talking to go with the job half and half, that he had treat me well before, he also made fun of my car. I needed to bring my husband to se if he was going to talk to him like that. He finally, fixed the scratched door. The brakes, I had an accident with the brakes, but thank God my insurance paid for it. I lost control of the car due to lack of brakes. WORST MECHANIC EVER. DON'T YOU BRING THE CAR TO THIS BULL CRAP OF MECHANIC.

Service is not garunteed he looked at my car for 5 min the changed the price from 170$ to 500$ , how are you gonna price the job take my car in, then mid job change your mind on the price , then I was told I would have to come back anyoher day that the mechanics there weren't capable of the work. "All services garunteed" right? they couldn't garuntee my work. The next mechanic I went to that same hour priced it out at 150 and got the job done in less than a hour. I don't recommend this shop if your looking for experience and quality work.

For the years that I have been in Jersey, this business is the best of the best. I bring in all me vehicles to this shop for all my repairs. They professionally analyze the problem and explain in full detail the cause and solution in understandable terms. They provide quality service all the time and they are the most kindest and caring team you can ever meet. If you are looking for top care service, this is the place to come to. Their prices are always affordable and they always use the best updated products that suits any budget. I have older model vehicles and with their care the ride better than most of todays vehicles. If you do not agree with their prices, you should consider about your vehicles life. Another shop may give you the price you may be looking for but not the quality of service Hernandez provides. Take it from me, you cannot go wrong with them. Safe travels and be safe.??????Services: Air conditioning

I'm from the neighborhood.they won't even give you a price to fix a starter. I understand if something else occur and price must be adjusted but not even an initial estimate so I guess I should just buy something with out asking how much it cost.

If you need an emergency tire in the middle of the street or highway, don't call here, they don't do that job, that's what they told me.

It was an all around awful experience honestly, overpriced, a rude mechanic, plus they where trying to charge me 120 dollars for new brake pads (plus 70 for installing them) for my car when I could walk 2 blocks and get the same brake pads for 45 dollars at autozone which is what I did.Definitely never going back and can't really recommend.

I came to this place for a simple job, to get my mirror replaced. As I was explaining what needed to be done, remove the door cover, get a ratchet, remove the cable and then reattach everything. I suppose the owner misunderstood me and thought I was asking to borrow his ratchet? Because his response to me explaining the steps of the replacement was "well go to a auto store if you want to rent a ratchet." I understand communication is a two-way street but this gentleman was not doing his part. He seemed rude and curt, especially for someone in the service industry. $65 for a five minute job didn't help. Though if the owner wasn't rude I would not mind the cost as much. The quality of service by the mechanic was great. The receptionist is also friendly. I personally would not come here again or recommend to others

Again, Israel Hernandez, owner, took me in immediately for a required synthetic oil change. Polite and professional. I've been coming here for 18 years and will never go anywhere else. I average 180,000 miles driving per year and he's the only person that touches any of my cars. You'll feel the same way, great shop, great mechanics. Thanks Israel. Patrick Grant, Glen Ridge, NJ .

I used this repair shop for several things on my Jeep Liberty. At first the business came off as responsible, timely and professional. The problem came when I had my brakes fully serviced; new drums, new pads and 1 new caliper. We picked up the car from this repair shop and my wife headed to work.Less than an hour later my wife called me from route 3 to inform me she was with the police, the front passenger wheel had come off and the caliper system had come apart. We paid for towing back to the repair shop and requested that our vehicle be repaired and damages and towing be reimbursed. While the owner initially agreed to cover the damages and the expenses what ultimately happened after he repaired the caliper was that he re-installed the damaged rim and refused to cover the towing fees and damages. The owner of this repair shop decided to ignore the fact that the wheel fell off on the same day we picked up the car from his repair shop, the owner chose to ignore that we returned our vehicle on a flat bed tow truck to his repair shop. The owner proceeded to indicate that his brother was the mechanic that worked on our car and that he trusts his brother over any customer and that we must have staged the entire incident to just make him lose money. The whole issue became a big argument with the owner refusing to cover the damages and yelling his brother does not make mistakes.Folks, no one in their right mind puts their family in the car and sends them to the highway with loose wheels. We trusted this repair shop and they failed to deliver or even make things right. We are very fortunate that when the wheel fell off my wife was on the left lane and approach heavy Lincoln tunnel traffic so the vehicle was slowing down. While this repair shop is clean and modern, they owner lacks professionalism and most definitely does not have the moral fiber required to entrust him with any safety or major auto repairs. The owner of the repair shop agreed to
