I'll get straight to the point. I asked the worker to make the sides and back of my hair 2 inches (it was previously 3). She proceeds to tell me okay I'll run a 4 on it. As I know hair terminology I told her no, that'll make my hair 1/2 inch long, I need scissor work. She says okay and proceeds to cut it 1/2 inch. This is by far the worst haircut I've ever received. As to how I was in and out in 15 minutes is beyond me. This is by far the worst haircut I've ever received. Maybe I'm being to harsh, but in reality what's harsh is the fact that I have to walk around with the worst haircut in the tri-State area.

Hair flair salon is one of my favorite salons here in Jersey! I love Andreia, not only is she very professional- but she delivers what I want everytime I make a hair appointment , whether it’s for a blowout, hair cut, or coloring! She analyzes my hair and knows exactly what it needs to achieve the desire that I am looking for :) Andreia also gives amazing pedicures and manicures, she’s very neat and leaves my hands nice and clean and soft - I never have any complaints when going to see her at her salon. She also is very gentle and careful. She is the only person I allow to touch my eyebrows, she cleans them up nice everytime and does a beautiful henna color on them whenever I need a touch up. I love coming here, Andreia and her staff are very friendly, and her pricing is reasonable and fair. I feel like a lot of salons these days are over priced but not this salon, you will get your moneys worth! I have been coming to Dre for years now and every time, not only does she bring my vision to life, she makes it better. I have gone from blonde to my natural brunette to highlights and everything in between and my hair has never been healthier! She is so skilled and has such a keen eye for detail. After doing my hair for a while, I did micro blading with her too and wow I was absolutely blown away by the results. I cannot recommend her enough. My sister and I are regulars and we have started bringing our mom and friends too:).Services: Eyebrow threading

Every time I come back home to NJ, I always make the time to stop in at Hair Flair. Not only is it way more affordable than any other hair salon, but Andreia always knows exactly what you need before you even ask for it. My hair always feels rejuvenated after I leave Hair Flair. I live in Texas and this salon is worth all my air miles.

My hairdresser of 20 years moved to Portugal a few years ago and I was in search of someone I could trust with my hair - especially since I wanted to go blonde. I had seen Hair Flair's work online and contacted Andreia to see if she'd color my hair. Instead of just taking on the job, she asked me to come in for a consultation so she could see what shape my hair was in and if coloring it was a good idea. That display of integrity stuck with me and although it took me another year to come back (hey, going blonde is a big commitment and I was still recovering from my hairdresser breakup lol) it was that small detail that made me pick Hair Flair over the 50+ salons in the area. I've been a customer for about 3 years and Andreia is awesome. She has been so kind with accommodating my annoying work schedule and I love how she blows out and cuts my hair.I also trust her with my daughter's very curly hair - she's a picky 10 year old and always asks to go to Andreia whenever she wants it straightened.100% recommend it here.Services: Manicure

Decided to go from blonde to brunette and that being a big change, Andreia nailed it! I didn't know what color to choose and Andreia chose an ash brown color that complimented my olive skin tone beautifully! Thank you, Andreia . Came in with no appointments super early in the morning hoping for a wash and blow dry. Knowing I most likely wouldn't be able to be seen. Then, what seem to be the owner didn't turn me away and really tried to accommodate. She spoke with her assistant gabby (I think)who said she can squeeze me in before her next appointment. I appreciate them going above and beyond to make that happen and my hair came out lovely I also changed my nail polish so left with a fresh look. Next time I'm in town I will stop there again and make an appointment this time :-)

Got a pedicure here through ClassPass, otherwise $20. They were exhaustive. They cleaned, cut nails and got rid of the calluses. Nice, attentive service. Clean salon where they also do haircuts (different person).

For Mother’s Day this year, I gifted my wife & daughters a spa day. We live in Morris County, yet my wife decided to book her pampering at Hair Flair. Although we have plenty of salons near home, the minute I saw my wife, I completely understood why she chose to travel. My wife looked absolutely stunning!!! Also, I combed my hands through her hair & can’t believe how soft it was. The cost was inexpensive. My wife had a great time, our daughters had so much to say about how wonderful their spa day with mommy was, and we even received a complimentary certificate for our daughters because it was their first salon experience. Andreia and Jenny attached strands of cut hair separately to the certificate and prepared it to go right inside our keepsake book. It appears Hair Flair thought of everything. All services were meticulously delivered with extreme care and excellency.I suggested to my wife to go monthly.Happy wife, happy life.Unbeatable value. Unmatched talent. Incredible skill. If you are looking for a salon that will treat you like family, Hair Flair is your spot. Andreia and Jenny are a dream team. They gave my daughters their first salon experience and they did a superb job. These women even prepared a keepsake milestone certificate (as a surprise) for free! Having this wonderful mommy & me spa day was a memory I'll treasure for a loooooong time. Thank you Hair Flair for fostering a love of pampering and self-care to my children. They left enthused to return again soon.
