Took my car here because a friend recommended them! The guy David behind the front desk talks slick and subtly insulted me several times. The service was fine, but this guy rubbed me the wrong way in most of the interactions I had with him. I wouldn’t come back nor recommend this shop to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at Greenfield auto body shop. My car was damaged in a hit and run and autobody shop did such a great job that you wouldn't even know that it was damaged. This is my third time coming to them and they always do a great job. David, especially, is the best. I would recommend this auto body shop to others and my family and friends.

I called to check an appointment time for my car to be repaired and the representative must also work for Enterprise because he berated me with an explanation of how I can’t drive the rental car we have and how people try to sue them over something that has nothing to do with me or my car being serviced. The experience was cringey and unnecessary and we refuse to do business with this service center. Take it to Bloomfield Collision instead.

10/10 from the customer service to the servicing of my car. They allowed me to keep my car there for an extra 3 days even though I returned the rental because it was while I was on vacation. They allowed me to pick up stuff from my car a couple of times & they even detailed the inside.

This place not a place to bring your car... they will drive your car, brake it and give you more problems.I had an appointment with them from geico to fix my stolen catalytic converter, they got a used part even though they said before it was back order. lies lies to make money. Hate people that do business like that. This world is falling apart, wish we can bring back services from the 80s smh can't stand this generation of people.
