Called Saturday morning looking for a cylinder head for my 17 Civic Si and Rick was very professional also he updated me in a timely fashion on my order. Today is Tuesday and I am very happy with my cylinder head and how quick that turnaround time was. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for hard to find parts at unbeatable prices. If I could give this dump zero stars I would but anyway ,So I decided to call, since the junk yard, Lacy's that I usually deal with is no longer in business how ever I decided to give these low lives a try for what I don't know ,anyway I purchase a climate control for my 2000 Mercedes e320 wagon a pretty hard part to find these days how ever giant found it so I purchased it for 106$ ,make a long story short I took it to my mechanic one of the best shops in New Jersey ANC auto Repair in Rochelle park nj they fix all my European cars that I own,but back to these bums at giant auto salvage make a long story short they rip me off for my money sold me a climate control unit that was fried,than had the nerve to lie and say they checked it before giving it to me which was a complete lie I text them a pic to show themBecause most of the time these guys pull these things from the car,and pull the top wires end they end up getting sliced when pulling the climate control from the dash with out even knowing so I sent these guys a picture at giant being completely honest to show them what has happen they did not wanna honor my honesty also my mechanics honesty of the pic I showed they considered it tampered wit even tho the control Panal goes right back together they did not want to refund my 106$ I guess they trying toMake they rent for august ,and did not wanna pay me my money back I guess they are in there tight Ass office smelling each other farts any how I do not Recommend this business they are straight rip offs and crooks,they may try to rip you off to make they rent or what ever they are so use to the low life bottom feeder customers trying to get over they think an honest customer like myself would give them a hard time,anyway such rip offs I do not recommend this business.

Sold me a rad . Showed them a dented portion before I left . I needed a rad asap . Brand new costs 80 bucks . Should of just waited.. 2 weeks later the rad broke . Now they want me to remove it from the car and bring it back ( I live in Albany NY ) . Meanwhile I was in the middle of the highway paying for a tow and to remove the rad….Take your business elsewhere

Giant Auto Salvage is Awesome. They had the seats I've been dreaming about for over a year. The attractive sales man, Bruno, was wicked nice to me over the phone and assured me that my 6 hour drive would not be wasted. He was right. When I got there, my seats were there AND exactly as advertised. I would drive 6 hours again just to see Bruno and purchase more Honda parts. Thank you Giant Auto Salvage for everything!!!!

ONE OF THE WORKERS SHORT MAN WITH THE BEARD WAS VERY RUDE. I WILL NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR COME BACK THERE. HE WAS MAD BECAUSE HE MADE A MISTAKE AND STARTED ACTING LIKE IT WAS OUR FAULT. WE ALREADY RECEIVED A PART THAT DIDNT WORK FOR HIM TO BE RUDE WAS BEYOND ME. ITS OKAY WONT GET MY BUSINESS EVERY AGAIN

Where do I begin I usually do not like giving bad reviews people have hard days and we all have to understand that however this place was horrible I had a few of these reviews and a lot of people had a nice lotta nice things to say however maybe they were the right kind of skin tone for this company. When I called over the phone everything seemed fine when I showed up in person none of the employees made eye contact with me they felt bothered because I was asking questions it just felt like super transactional which I understand is a business but they made me feel really bad. I literally sat in my car and cried and I just feel like everybody beware of this company and the employees and even the owner he was just sitting there staring like he couldn’t be bothered because he’s so important. Word to the wise there are thousands and thousands of auto salvage shops in Newark New Jersey find yourself one with people who actually care!!!
