SHOP AROUND, BEWARE OF PRICE GOUGING Went in for hemming on a pair of pants and was quoted $35. I walked out and went a few blocks over and got the same job done for $15. I went back to Fernanda’s to inform her of her inflated prices and she just grinned sarcastically! Not a good place to do business!

Ruined my brand new pair of 5.11 pants that were given to me as a gift. An $80+ pair of pants ruined and I was charged $32 to ruin them. Wanted to shorten the length of my pants and tighten the calves, I even specified, I wanted the bottom of my pants to touch the top of my sole. They literally left my pants one or more inches above the sole. This place sucks. They left no material before making this cut and there was no way to fix it. Very unprofessional, and a very low quality service. Do NOT come here!!!!

AWFUL! After explaining to the attendant the service needed she immediately replied we can’t do it. So I asked again because it was a simple zipper replacement and keeping the same zip head... she replied “ if you think we can do it .. just do it yourself “. Everyone inside the place was staring at me. I took the jacket two blocks down and the polite, courteous lady performed perfectly the zipper replacement and re lined it as well as it was a 3.000 dollars coat.
