The classic try to be a supermarket bodega. I guess if you want some liquor or play the lottery, you would go here. But other than that, the prices are high, you would have to be high to buy the produce. They make sandwiches and they do carry Boarshead but I would smell that meat. Don't know how long it's been sitting there. There are 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes of this place. I don't expect this place to last. Will most likely be sold to a developer. I drive pass the place and that's about it. I suggest you do the same. No need to shop there.

They sell EXPIRED products such as ham, expired febrero 6, now is febrero 20, be very carefull

the forest hill location is trashhh. i’ll give it 1 star due to the selection there is for a corner store but.. 90% of the things on those shelves and in those fridges are EXPIRED. don’t buy food from here. if you’re desperate then just be sure to check the expiration date before you pay (a lot) for rancid food.

I don’t know how to start... this store used to be a great store when george used to work there. He was a great person. I really loved to go there. All cashier are very friendly and kind. I heard they aren’t considered and valued by the owners or managers. They work very hard for the money and treat they get. I am so sorry for them. Please don’t buy in this store. This store only cares about the money they make not about their employees.

Exito LIQUOR and Deli Is located on Montclair Avenue in Newark It’s located in the very nice Forest Hill neighborhood the store itself is in a great location because there’s not that many grocery stores nearby in the store has a wide variety of pretty much everything the service here is also very good in the neighborhood itself is extremely nice overall five stars highly recommended at liquor and deli So I was in convenience stores in my life that give you straws with your drink but almost all of the ones I’ve been to have plastic straws this one has paper straws so they’re thinking about the environment amazing
