Associates are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Vehicles are easy to select from your class of rental. The Airport location is busy, So always ask for assistance if required. Vehicles are not always clean, especially windshields. I find Enterprise a good value

The service i received at EWR from the gentleman that helped me and greeted me at the desk was outstanding. He knew I was in a rush due to a flight delay so he did everything he could to help me which was greatly appreciated.
