Do NOT use this location. They are scammers. Renter Beware! They took advantage of my elderly non-English speaking father by selling him insurance he did not need. Speaking to the manager Bryan is a waste of time. Terrible human beings.

I mistakenly left some items in the rental, immediately call the next morning did not have my items.Same situation happened at the Enterprise in Maplewood, my item was returned.The enterprise in Hillside needs to improve.

This place is terrible. I made a reservation on a Sunday at 6 am for a tuck under lift truck on Tuesday at 9 am and they called me on Monday at 8 am saying that they have to cancel my reservation due to truck not being available… not just unavailable in this location but all enterprise locations. If thats the case, why have it available for reservation online?????

As per my insurance they have contacted this place and to give me a $30 coverage per day.because that’s what is my policy that only covers for my rental and the person who give us the rental said that there’s no vehicle that falls into that price and give me a $50 per day instead. now i have to cover the $20 per day out of my pocket. not only that the vehicle i got sounds like there’s a problem on the engine.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had Spencer the manager in the Vestal enterprise is the absolute worst person to deal with accused me of denting a vehicle asked him to call the place in which I rented from in New Jersey he would not call the guy the second day I went back I called the guy he agreed that was a dent in the spot that I was being accused of and told Spencer about it Spencer was year of reversing the issue, but eventually did, the second thing is, I went to rent a different vehicle dealing with the same Spencer guy and because somebody was with me it was on a do not rent list said I couldn’t rent I had no ride. I had to spend an Uber $25 both ways to leave and then come back the next day to talk to a manager which come to find out he was the manager, in the vehicle I was promised wasn’t available they gave me a vehicle to use but it was ours an hours and by that time I did not need the vehicle in which I was going to rent a truck and then they charge me for the vehicle that they said was a courtesy until the other vehicle was available scam, scam scam. Obviously you can tell I’m pissed Spencer does not know how to D escalate the situation and take care of his customers you need a retrain my man.

Easy reservation process, when arrived on-site greeted and assisted immediately, 2 car options were available, no issues with car during rental, easy check out/return process.

RUN AWAY. This place will go from not having your car available that you have placed a reservation for in advance to placing you in a car with mechanical issues that will stop working all of a sudden. The long wait and the shortage of employees to answer calls just makes an even worse client experience.

This place has the slowest service I've ever experienced at a car rental. The staff is super friendly and they are doing their best, but they are either understaffed or something is just wrong with the way the business is run.

When I rented the car on their app, it was easy and convenient. You just reserve and no payment until the day you go and pick it up. I rented a Nissan Versa and Bri helped me and upgraded my vehicle at no extra charge to a Mitsubishi Outlander mid size SUV. This car was amazing on gas mileage and easy to drive. It provided extra space as well for our luggage. When we returned the vehicle. Bro was there again to take care of all the return logistics and it was super easy. She had great customer service and I will definitely be using them again when I fly into New Jersey and need another rental.
