If you’re arriving by train at Newark Penn station this rental agency is perfect.
The staff was very helpful and the car was ready to go when we arrived.

This was my third time renting from enterprise and I spoke to the manager about my concerns and she asked me how I wanted to handle this and we resolved the matter before I left the location and I'm satisfied with her word and I will be updating this post.
