Lived here for almost 2 years. Front desk and maintenance people were very nice, we always felt safe. Very nice gym and business center.

Loved my time living here, the concierge staff and the maintenance crew is great. My only problem is that they did not fix the bowling alley for a long time which might be something a lot of people should know before they decide to rent here. I moved away to the West Coast but otherwise I would have loved to continue living here!

I’ve been here for a few years! The staff is always excellent!! The building manager Leah is incompetent ! The building has definitely took a turn for the worse. The building reeks of marijuana! The ATM in the lobby puts a target on our backs for the crackheads roaming the street from Whole Foods to the path train. I’ve seen the cops visit the lobby twice this month. The building is very poorly built. You can hear the Elevator mechanism from every angle of the building. The Plumbing is tricky. The Elevator hasn’t worked in 6 monthsIf you can’t afford the PH then don’t move here- it looks like sound floors but you can hear the Elephants above you!! and beside you! The Front Desk Staff and the Custodian Staff are WONDERFUL AWESOME PEOPLE!!

**Life Threat**We are deeply concerned about our safety at Eleven80 Apartments. Despite receiving permission to study on four occasions, we have encountered repeated harassment from certain individuals, including an undisclosed security guard, Devin, and Jeff. Jeff has openly admitted to engaging in harassment, and these incidents have been documented on video.We initially believed these issues were due to miscommunication and made efforts to address them with the management. Unfortunately, we continue to experience harassment that is not only disrupting our studies but also causing us to fear for our safety. The prospect of intentional harm is a distressing concern.It is disheartening to feel that as international students, we are specifically targeted. We suspect that this may be due to our financial commitments, such as the deposit we've paid, which makes it difficult for us to leave the premises. The fact that this harassment has racial undertones further exacerbates our fears. Jeff's comment, "we have an issue from the day you are here," is deeply troubling.We implore the appropriate authorities to investigate this matter urgently. Our primary concern is our safety, and we are prepared to move out if necessary. We kindly request the return of our deposit money, and we are willing to cooperate in this regard. Our lives are at stake due to the actions of these individuals who are meant to provide security.We hope that by sharing this experience, others can be aware of the situation at Eleven80 Apartments and the need for a thorough investigation and corrective measures to ensure the safety of all residents.

Your response to the situation was excellent, however I would have liked someone to check for openings around any of the plumbing piping where a rodent could possibly enter into the apartment. I did however appreciate the very quick response to our maintenance request. Thank you

Submitted a AC unit problem. In under 2 hours a tech was at my unit. Repairs were done same day. Great professionalism from the technician.

1180 Raymond has gone downhill faster than the stock market.Seriously, I'm very upset due to the lack of communication and service.Moved in May 10th, 2022, not only has service gone down, but they tried to raise my lease 12.5%
