Earlier in the week I had a very unpleasant experience with an associate. I was very dissatisfied. Normally, I’m not a big complainer. But this experience was unacceptable. I decided to reach out to customer service hoping to get some explanation. Within a matter of days Keith the DM reached out to me. Keith was very apologetic and understanding. Keith resolved the matter Expeditiously! Keith is the definition of what top tier customer service is! We can learn a lot from Keith! Thank you so much Keith for your patience and assistance! This location is horrifically unorganized! Aside from the products being sloppily on the shelves, there is no rapport among the website to the employees. I submitted an online curbside pick up order so that I could save time. When the time comes for me to pick it up, my order wasn't ready because they claimed that they never recvd a notification from the site! UNACCEPTABLE! Not only were they not ready, their inventory is innaccurate. The website informed me they had all the items I needed and they actually didn't. They even told me the websites inventory hasn't been updated since before covid! REALLY?!?!

Why is the customer service always so poor in this location? I have left my items on the counter a few times because the cashier is holding court with friends in a different location of the store. The cashier clearly sees a line and simply does not care. This is why Amazon will always be around. After a while one grows tired of dealing with poor customer service.

Dirty, Disgusting & Simply Filthy, when I get to the register to pay for my items they had the nerve to tell me they have no bags, not even the bags that you can purchase, so guess what i did, placed 90% of what I was about to purchase & only bought a soda. Fucc this entire establishment aswell as Newark, Nj as a WHOLE !

You'll get incredible prices for items you'll expect to see in designer franchises. I enjoy the seasonal things you can pick up from dollar general. Parking is available, and it's not too far from the downtown arts district!

Always in stock with the things i need,the place are usually cleared and cleaned not full of products like others and good selection on the type of products to buy ,Not too crowded even when it gets bizzy the line still moves amazing job im loving it makes me proude to shop there!!
