Took my road test here today and PASSED. Contrary to some of the reviews my instructor Glenn was wonderful! I was super nervous since it was my first time and I had heard about some awful experiences. However, From the minute Glenn got in, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. I’m so glad to have had the luck of getting my test done with him.

Had people waiting outside for 1 hr in 30 degree wether and the people working are horrible have attitudes don't be helpful and just rude would hope it gets refreshed because this the worst DMV in Jersey

if i could give this place a -1 i would. disrespectful rude staff from security guards to clerks. they treat people like we come to beg them for money or something. most staff is unprofessional and inconsiderate. they spend more time talking to each other and on breaks than helping out customers. kaos. worst DMV ever .horrible.

It's the DMV , expect for long line to wait on, and expect to be there for at least two hours depending on what time you get there. The workers can be nice or just straight out blunt and straightforward so make sure you know whatbtoure there for. As if they can't help you they can't help you and it's limited with people who speak other languages which I believe would be useful. I almost ended up with a regular NJ license but the lady at the desk assisted me by correcting that and getting my NJ license instead and which was the highlight of being there. I truly found that to be helpful and thank her. I didn't get a real ID but may down the line but I have my passport if I don't make the 2025 deadline but be mindful to get that have multiple forms of prooof of residency if you are looking to get that!

This is the second time in this location.The first time I was here I was able to walk in and waited 10 mins to be seen and made my payments. It’s 7:25 am on a Saturday, website says this location is open at 7am and there’s a at least 20 people standing OUTSIDE in line since 6:30 am. The hours need to be adjusted so no one else wastes their time on a work day.

Vehicle inspection staff always gets you and your car in and out in no time. Professional, courteous and a prompt approach no matter the wait is much appreciated! Just do go with your check engine light on! ?
