Waited a month for our annual appt. with Jimmy for what we thought was a phone call to discuss our taxes. Called him up at the scheduled time and no answer. When we finally got through the secretary said he was too busy and could not talk to us. The meeting we scheduled was for "in person" not over the phone. He let us know he gave our appt to someone who came in. Because of this error, he would not make time to talk with us about our taxes (unless we scheduled another appt) so we were unsure if he would do our return and would have to scramble to find someone else to help us in the 11th hour. No idea why he could not just pick up our phone call and give us the time we scheduled and waited for. Very stressful. Eventually, he did complete our return at the last minute. No idea if he is this unprofessional with others but if you are looking for someone reliable this is not your person.

I've been going to Jimmy for about 15 years. When he first started he was good. When he gets new clients he neglects the ones that have been with him since the beginning. Plenty of accountants out there. Some even call you back when you try to reach them months after you give them your tax info. If i could give him 0 stars I would. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere reputable because he is not.

I've been doing my taxes here for 8 years now and I must say. Jimmy is very diligent with his work. He's quick, yet patient with his customers. Does his best to secure your best refund possible. Rest assured you're in good hands here.

Jimmy has been doing my taxes for many years, even after I moved out of New York. He treats his clients like family and is extremely personable. If you're thinking of having someone help you, then look no further. He also speaks Spanish and Portuguese!

Jimmy is such a friendly, warm person, and an excellent accountant. He knows who you are as soon as you walk through the door. We have been going to him for 6 years and will continue to do so as long as we can.

Thorough, helpful, and overall a really nice guy. Of course it's busy during tax season but who isn't. Been coming here for years and would highly recommend.
