The gym has on-site owners, an awesome front desk team, and amazingly talented trainers. Customers love the Thrive classes and strength training classes, with one reviewer seeing improvements in their strength after just a month of going. Loving the Thrive classes and strength training classes, been going for a month and already seeing my strength slowly improve. Definitely recommend taking Coach Rich (only thrive class I’ve been too so far) but also plan to try the other classes when/if I have time.

That's where I release some stress 4 times a week. My trainer Julio is wonderful,even when you feel like giving up he won't let you.
