Really sad that I have to write this review I have been waiting weeks after placing my order and still have not received it. I have sent emails and messages via IG and finally received a response stating she will send me order/tracking info. Still nothing and now her chat is on quiet mode. I have send my phone number and email!! Very unprofessional and sad that I now have to add to the other customer complaints!

I ordered my item on April 20th. They are located in Newark and I am in NYC. Almost a month later - lWhy have I still not received my package? Highly unprofessional.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. I ordered over 2wks ago and sent several emails for status and a refund request with no response but everyday she's on IG live dancing around. The lack of customer service and taking money from customers knowing you're not shipping the product you advertise online is why it's hard to support...Never again!

This person, who calls herself Izzy, definitely has mental problems. I didn’t buy anything from her, and don’t have financial complaints like ALOT of others on here; Yet she blocked me on IG. We even talked friendly to each other in the DMs. I followed her, because I was looking for new people to follow. She seemed very entertaining, until she started talking, about her VERY dark personal life. It’s crazy, how some reviews on here from years ago, claim that Izzy said, that she couldn’t return their money back way back then, because of her mental illness issues. And here we are, years later, and even without me having a personal problem with her, she’s still talking about her mental illness, and she blocks me. Just like she did the people, who’s money she won’t return. That’s what led me to these reviews. To see what others, said about her. Now, I look back on her IG lives, and I don’t believe a word about her life. I’m glad that she blocked me, before I got any further with her. There’s something definitely off with this one.

I ordered from this store in 2020 and received my shorts and was happy. Tried to order again but there is NEVER inventory on the website. She would post a restock but it didn’t happen. Sent emails and DMs for over 4 months with no response. I tried to be a repeat customer but it just couldn’t happen. I decided to unfollow on IG and definitely not shopping there. The experience was not positive unfortunately. Great product with poor business acumen.

LOW LIFE THIEF and PROFESSIONAL SCAMMER!! SORRY EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING!!! She asks you to pay via zelle because of some issues she is having with PayPal then once you pay she blocks you on social media. Don't fall for tricks and please don't order from her ...you will be sorry!!! You will NEVER receive anything! She belongs in PRISON!!!!

The first time I ordered a sweatshirt from this business. I received my items within two weeks. I was so satisfied that I ordered again. Unfortunately, the only thing I received was a confirmation email. It has been over a month and I still wasn’t provided a tracking number or anything. I sent several messages by email and no response. I also tried calling the number but it doesn’t work. I finally reached out on Instagram and she blocked and deleted me. I reported the issue and requested a full refund, which I still haven’t received. It is really a shame because her designs are amazing.

Ordered cold shoulder sweatshirt from seller in December 2021, seller never shipped product!! I left messages on sellers website, even tried calling phone number listed on the website. Phone number doesn't work! I finally filed a dispute with Paypal letting them know seller has not sent product. Still no reply from seller! I turned my dispute into a claim with Paypal. Paypal reached out to seller. Seller then gives me a call saying how she was going thru some personal family issues and she would mail sweatshirt out on the weekend. A week went by and I never received a tracking number, nor the product. Paypal just refunded me my money back. I will never order from this seller again, which is sad because I like her products, but the moral compass in me will not allow me to support such business practices such as what I have described.

I ordered on 6/28 I got confirmation via email for me purchase of 2 pairs of jean shorts for $200 and then nothing. I waited for tracking or some type of notification that my product was on the way but nothing. I then proceeded to leave a comment on her Instagram that I was still waiting on Tracking info. After that I received a response on 7/16. The response was so nice that I decided to be patient and give them time to resolve my issue. The email I received on 7/16 was the only response I received it is 8/2 and I still have heard nothing about my order. I have left a comment on 4-5 of her posts, dm'd and left about 5 more emails. I now have a case open with PayPal if that doesn't resolve this issue I am putting in a claim with my Bank. They give BLACK BUSINESS A BAD NAME. GREAT MARKETING BUT POOR WEBSITE SETUP AND EQUALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
