I shop here on a regular basis, there are certain items I purchase, and most times wait for them to go on sale so I can buy extra. I find the store to be well stocked and the cashiers friendly, checking the circular ahead of time makes shopping more efficient.

Took back bad chicken for the second time from here, after purchasing the day prior. The female manager there was rude and told me she wasn’t exchanging it without the receipt. The packaging clearly has your store name and the date the chicken is supposedly good until, which said 3/21. I explained to her I didn’t have it because I didn’t think I was going to have to bring back anything for it being rotten. She went to the office and had me stand there for her to come back and say she’ll do it this time, but next time I need a receipt…like huh??!! How about stop selling your customers bad meat and be a bit more apologetic because had I served this to my family and we all got sick, we’d have a bigger issue.

Meat is always bad and not fresh couldn’t even eat it. Onion are always bad couldn’t even use it. Eggs are horrible. I got severely food poison by this store please don’t go

I don’t know where to begin. Well first, let’s start with the fact that I bought onions from them on the 14th of November and literally no more than a week later my onions were bad. Onions have a shelf life of 2 to 3 months, the fact that they went bad within a week just tells me that they sell bad produce. Then my avocados were already brown and spotted when I opened them on the first day, it was disgusting ? ?. I froze my chicken legs the same day I got them, about a week later I took them out of the freezer and I left them in the fridge to thaw out for about two days and when I got home from work I noticed a funky smell that was stinking up the entire fridge. I said to myself “There’s no way the chicken is bad too,” but low and behold it was. I went back to the supermarket today to return the onions and the chicken which was the least of all the other things that were bad, and they were just really nonchalant about the things I brought to their attention. They refunded me my money, but also threw in there that “Next time I have to return the items within 7 days for a refund.” Luckily for me, there won’t be a next time. I will be making a report on this supermarket, I’m new to the neighborhood and received feedback from people who have been there for a while that this was a bad supermarket. I guess I had to see it to believe it.

I usually only shop here when absolutely necessary. The produce section needs major improvements. It seems like the fruits and vegetables are rotten upon arrival to the store. I stopped buying them there.I don’t buy meat there because it always looks not fresh. The chicken is a toss-up too.Eggs, bread and milk are okay tho. The yogurt seems always on the verge of expiring. I try not to buy canned veggies. I will admit that the store always seems well organized. So I’m not completely bashing them but if your produce section and meat department improved then I wouldn’t have to Uber to name brand supermarkets. I’d patronize your establishment more often.

This supermarket is a bit expensive but there is a large ethnic food selection. Jamaican Haitian, Latin, Jewish. It's a great in a pinch.

I give this place no ⭐ Cashiers don't know how to say hello and thank customers for shopping with us. Security guards watch you like your a criminal. Items and goods are overpriced. Spanish workers don't know the English language. I question whether one is legal or illegal. Cashier lines are always full, less workers.

I only recently started shopping here and so happy to have found it. It's super clean and organized so well. The fruits and vegetables are super fresh and everything is so clean! Fish section looks great and the meats have been all pretty fresh. I had purchased beef that spoiled in a day from a different supermarket and all of City's meats have been good so far. I love their variety of international food. They have a nice Polish section which I found random things I haven't seen in awhile. Their Milka chocolate bar selection is gold! I also found random Asian products I hadn't found locally and cleared out their Kimchi selection which was a nice find. The Latin American selection is also pretty big and has a lot of nice surprises. My experience has been great here and i'll continue to shop at this supermarket from now on.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. Especially when it comes from the front supervisors that always have a nasty attitude towards customers and other employees. They treat everyone as they were superior to everyone. Overall cashiers and other employees are nice except Kyana which is RUDE with everyone!!! She acts like she is a manager and treat other cashiers like they were nobody and treat customers like she owns the store. General management have to do something about these people and their nasty attitude towards everybody!!!!!
