Celebrity Motors are a bunch of rude & disrespectful SCAMMERS! They have nice cars, granted, but they are always giving the run around and ALWAYS adding a remaining balance, even when there isn’t one. The boss is NEVER around the employees don’t know what they’re doing & you can tell they hate their job!

Has held onto my car for over a month, when you call no one answers the phones no matter the time of day, if they do decide to not ignore your calls they will tell you they will call you back and if you dont actively pester them they will not call you back ever. My file has been "handed off" to now 3 different people and they try to reassure you with "I'll talk to my boss" yet no one has any idea what is going on. HORRIBLE customer service.

Please everyone reading this post...don't buy your vehicle from this car dealer...celebrity motors has the worst customer service I've ever experience in my 10 plus years of car buying...most of the cars on their lot have been salvaged after a major car accident...they do enough work to the vehicle to pass inspection...PLEASE LISTEN TO ME if you wanted a valuable used car...DONT COME HERE I've spoken to 11 other people who've had engine problems with their vehicle 2-4 weeks after buying or financing their car:..I'm trying to protect everyone I can...
