He got us the rental car faster, they just need to make sure you have some kind of rental protection on you or buy an insurance there else they won’t give you the car.
But if you are ever there look for Shaun H. he’ll make things move smoother.”

“Great service, the van was there to pick us up within minutes on both leaving to the airport and incoming. Customer service was spot on, had an issue with reservation and credit card charge and they resolved it with an email within an hour, in the middle of the night. Only down side is the parking spaces are a bit small.”
“Drivo is always great. Just everything else is awful. The service/cars are 5 star. Getting to this location from the airport takes up to an hour, and the building is pretty run down. Also very difficult to pull out of on the highway. Drivo themselves are great to work with, but the entire experience is dragged down by the car off-site location from the airport and lower end building.”

132 Carson Rd, Newark“I arrived in NJ from Florida and reserved a rental car from National at Newark airport. Unfortunately the cars they had for me to choose were too small and the largest one was a Jeep Renegade but the jeep had no running boards which would have made it impossible for my husband to get into the jeep. I went to speak with one of the agents in the parking area, his name was Steve. First let me say he was super nice and a pleasure to speak with. I told him my issue and asked if he could help. He said of course, let’s go see what we can find. He also asked my what vehicle would I be comfortable driving. I told him I own a Tahoe back home so he was like let’s see what we can find. So we walked around a bit and then he said I’ll have a look and told me to meet him back over where we first spoke. He then pulled up in a Jeep Wagoneer. He asked if the truck was good for me and I said yes. He then said he was upgrading it for me for free. I was so thankful for Steve and his assistance and kindness. He was such a pleasure to speak with and a true asset to National. He is what customer service is all about and should be! Thank you Steve from National Car Rental at Newark Airport. He made my trip back to my home state of NJ a true pleasure!!!”

585 McCarter Hwy, Newark“I rent from this location regularly since I live in the neighborhood. The daily prices vary, and you just have to keep an eye out in advance. I recommend doing business with them, just make sure you take photos or video (preferably) at pick up and drop off to not be held responsible for some else's damage. Also, make sure you understand every aspect of your business with them and always ask questions. Never take what is said at face value.”
“Thank you to the entire Enterprise Team at the Newark Penn Station location. I've never had such a seamless car rental experience, the staff was accommodating, patient, professional and friendly. The car was clean and in great condition. Walter reached out and kept me updated as to the status of my pickup and Fatimata was extremely cordial, not pushy on additional coverage but super informative about coverage options and my liabilities etc. Fatimata paid so much attention to detail that they even remembered upon my return the reason for my travel and cared enough to ask about my trip. I highly recommend this location and this is now my go to location for all car rental needs.”

134 Lindbergh Rd, Newark“I have to say I was pretty scared about the whole process before I got there because it was the first time I rented a vehicle at this location and with this company! When I arrived in the afternoon, the only setback was that there was only one line for about four other rental places! Which I found odd but not too crazy. I honestly think that the whole process was very easy once I got to the counter I was there for less than five minutes and my car was easily able to be found! My deposit, I stated that I had third-party coverage and to be honest I was on my way! Once again this was my first time with them so I decided to come back about 2 1/2 hours early to return my car big mistake. The process was less than 15 minutes. Oh I will know for next time. I had a good experience. My refund came back that exact day. I will definitely look forward to renting again from this location when I go back to New York in my travels!”

132 Carson Rd, Newark“I was so impressed, I usually have to stand in line for a hour, with Hertz I got choices of SUV’s on my phone they sent me a parking spot number where the car was on my phone when we landed, we walked to Hertz for the spot the keys were in the car. This SUV had all the bells and whistles. We started the vehicle and off we went. Same with return pull up lady was there leave the key in car and off we went. Woohoo finally excellent customer service. Thank you”

430 Rte 1 and 9 S, Newark“I rented a Toyota Camry in Newark. When I got to the shuttle pick up area I called Fox, they said the driver would be there in 15 minutes. He was there in about 5. No problem with the service desk, there was one person in front of me, so they took me promptly. My car was brand new, with only about 450 miles on it. The return was equally as easy. I followed the signs to drop the car off and waited a minute or two for someone to come out, but no one did. The guy washing the car told me to go inside. I'm just used to someone being right there to accept the return. The shuttle back to the airport was there in about 5 minutes.”
“Checking out the car was a wait even having done all processes online. The walk from the Air train terminal A stop to the rental counters was also very long.
Returning the car was great working with Brian, he even gave us curb drop off service to our departure terminal.”
