It's always defective, the bank should serve more than 5,000 people because it's the only one in miles around, despite being well located, it's always disappointing, the ATM is always not working, specially on weekends, nights and holidays , when the bank doesn't working, it doesn't make sense to have an atm if it doesn't work. I suggest that, due to incompetence, the bank should stop disclosing that there is a 24-hour ATM in this location.

Do not do business with this company. I had to wait on hold on multiple occasions for more than thirty minutes each time to fight for them to refund an erroneous charge on their end. Every time I got through, they assured me they would refund the charge and did not. Clearly, they do not care about customer satisfaction. What's more, when opening account with them, I also did not receive my bank card the first time, so I had to call again to get that reissued. In addition to this, I did not receive my checks, so, after three weeks, they finally reissued me checks that I did not receive, and charged me! I called multiple times to get this fee reversed, and, after two weeks, and multiple hours of my life wasted, they still have not reversed the charge. It's frustrating and definitely not the kind of company I will continue to do business with.

You know with most banking and business being done online, it would have been more than convenient for me to open up my Capital One 360 Savings online, in the comfort of my home. But sometimes you just need that face to face contact, to let yourself know that you are human, and this is how humans used to do business before the internet. Before apps. Before the phone. Yasidra was the reason I came in to Capital One and she is the reason you should go in as well. Customers sang her praise in the reviews online so I decided to go in to see for myself. I called earlier in the day and she was so patient on the phone. She said come in and she would help me. When I got to the bank she greeted me warmly. I had a nice cup of Keurig coffee and that warmed my spirits. She patiently walked me through the tablets prompts. I linked my credit card to my new saving , made a deposit, and was done in less than 15 minutes. All of my questions answered. What a professional. What a kind and sincere person she is. Yasidra thank you for making my Tuesday special. The reviews pegged you right. But be kind because kindness is you. The reviews will just go to serve as a compliment to the beautiful person you present to the world each day.

The customer service here is great. They greeted you with smiles and they have coffee and tea. Service is always fast for me whenever I visit. I'm just sad that are no other branches closer to my house. Right off market street close to Newark pen station and Harrison.
