Worst bank that quits, employees treat their customers like garbage, I was at the bank with all my documentation, they made me go back to my house to get another document and they still didn't deliver my check because they said it can't be a copy, what do you mean, a copy, my document is there everything is there phone number app has everything taxi number so I don't release the money that is mine

I visited a few banks in the area looking for a notary. This was by far the bank that had the best customer care. Everyone was very nice and willing to help!

The drive through ATM is always down either you can’t make a deposit or can’t retrieve funds and you have to go inside. This review however goes to all banks that are located in communities that are considered the hood. There’s always an issue wrong with the machines and sometimes it’s for days at a times. However in affluent areas it’s never an issue. This is why I selectively choose where I bank to avoid inconvenience someone

I just made a withdrawal and stepped to the side to organize my money and call for a Uber and the black female security guard asked me if I was hanging out and told me I had to leave immediately! How disgustingly rude! Like ewww!! Very rude and ghetto!!!! Also why do the tellers always yell out your balance or scream the amount they are giving you?! Like you want everyone to know your balance?!

One of the worst experience I have encountered. The machine to get into the bank does not work then, the atm doesn’t allow deposits. Every time it’s something new here. Highly don’t recommend. I don’t understand how a bank can have so many issues and not label anything

Terrible customer service. On 12-12-22 I went to the bank to withdraw some cash. I was standing in line waiting to get called by a clerk. I stood in the line for more than 3 mins waiting to be served. Two female bank tellers were at the window around the time that I walked in (3:30m) and didn’t even acknowledge that I stood in the line waited to be call like any other customer does. I waited a little longer it was (3:40pm) they still didn’t call me to help me. So I proceeded to use the ATM machine instead. My receipt shows that I used the ATM at 3:46pm.

The customer service I got hear when I visited was very poor. Their marketing manager marylene G was very unprofessional. The staffs here need more training on customer service, Especially those on the front desk/counter.

The ATM is always down at this location. This is the closest bank in the area, this is my second day here early in the morning and the ATM both the drive through and indoor are not operating properly, this has been going on for over a year. Capital one can do better.

They do NOT notarize a bill of sale for a CAR. Lady was very rude and said she does NOT notarize anything she does NOT want. Very unprofessional and will file a complaint.
