Came to inquire about a vehicle that was being sold . The gentleman I was speaking with was very unprofessional , after numerous occasions the vehicle kept shutting off as if it was not holding power . I asked can it be the alternator? The response I was giving had me feeling very uncomfortable. As a used car dealership as a sales person customer service comes a very long way . This used car dealership failed to hold up to their commitment to customers . BEFORE GOING TO THIS PLACE READ ALL THE REVIEWS , SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP TOTAL RIP OFF !!! I RE-PEAT RIP OFF !!!
MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR THE CARFAX !!!

I bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Victor , he was great and very helpful the car has been great since I bought it no issues . I would definitely recommend this dealer for a reliable car .

this dealership is terrible. Victor lied about selling good vehicles.my dad purchased a Toyota RAV4 for me as a gift and it broke down and stop working with my son and I in the middle of the road. ( Imagine how scary and dangerous it would’ve been if I was driving on the highway ). it happened within 28 days of purchasing the car. I went back to him to get a credit on another car. even if I pay a portion of the cost. He refused and said “ it’s not only you “. meaning he has been doing that for a while and he gets away with it. very misleading and my dad waste the money that he worked hard for.

This is a terrible dealer. Victor will tell you all their vehicles are great but whatever happen once you pay him you’re on your own. Anyone who is considering buying from this place should definitely bring a mechanic with them to thoroughly check the vehicle before purchase because once you sign and leave Victor claim he is not responsible if the wheels fall off the vehicle once you leave his yard. I paid $10k for a truck only to be stuck on the side of the road 2 weeks later. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Terrible dealership… please avoid!!!! Nothing but lemons … make sure you take a look at the vehicle because once you leave the car lot … they have amnesia …. Again avoid this dealership

I went in to check a Red Chevy Impala. Usually and with every car I check the engine, air filter, transmission fluids and suspension. The owner didn't like and was nasty with me. I didn't even turn on the car and the guy took the keys away. “You don't do that in this dealership†he said. “I know what I'm doing, I've done it to every car before I buy it†I said. He didn't want to give the keys back. INSPECT THE CAR BEFORE YOU BUY IT!! I can't stress that enough.
