Adam and Cloyd in the flooring department were an absolute class act. They got me what I needed and it was delivered EARLY! To top it off, they were genuinely nice guys who treated me kindly. Doors also arrived exactly as promised and in perfect condition. The delivery guys were wonderful, on time, professional, and took great care of my items in transit. “We came here looking for blinds, rugs, and other home supplies. They have a good selection of brands for blinds, but their size and color options were limited. We kept finding the color we wanted but wrong size or level of light filtration. We ended up reviewing the color swatch guides and ordering online instead.I wasn't too impressed with their rugs. Though their quality was reasonable, they had a lot of bland, washed out colors and dated patterns. We did get some great, ultra durable doormats from here, as well as clear plastic shelf liners. The liners were quite pricey though. Parking was easy. Checkout was fast.”

“Currently working on a backyard project, and Kuiken Brothers (specifically Matt E.) is the ONLY partner on time and budget. Not only was this company able to deliver the entire order in 48 hours (mind you, I’m just a homeowner with one project, I’m not a contractor with a bunch of projects), but there were no headaches. I just told Matt what I was trying to do, and he coordinated the quote, order, payment, and delivery. Didn’t even have to talk to anyone else other than the delivery driver that delivered my order (with a pallet forklift, which was critical since the project is ongoing and the yard is a complete mess)! Even more impressive, I wasn’t sure if I wanted a Trex deck, PT with Trex rails, or all PT; Matt quickly gave me multiple quotes and advised me which option was best for my specific project- which was NOT the most expensive option!As someone who works as a professional services provider, I am beyond thrilled with the level of service I’ve been provided, especially considering I am probably one of their smaller customers. I will 100% call Kuiken/Matt for any future house projects. Their combination of price, punctuality, and level of customer service is superlative.”
