“My experience was smooth and seamless. I made my reservation last minute so the desired vehicle was not available. The agent was able to get me into a bigger van, which worked out perfect since my couch would not have fit into the initial rental. I was in an out in a few minutes, returned the car after hours and received my final bill exactly as agreed. I will surely be using this service again in a few weeks.”

“Rented during COVID for a move in Newark, was very professional, wore a mask the whole time. Made a confirmation call day before rental and was available when I needed to extend my reservation for 1 additional hour. Would recommend to a friend; great way to support a local business as trucks are privately owned and leased through Uhaul”
“Using the app made my experience easier. I definitely recommend completing the process on the app before picking up the truck. There are many screens to complete and trying to do it at the store will be frustrating especially if you’re on a schedule.”
